I was trained by Venerable Buddhist Monks in Thailand and in the U.S.A., and have been practicing meditation for more than ten years.
I have taken several meditation courses and retreats from The Middle Way Meditation, Vipassana-Meditation as taught by V.S. Goenka, The Art of Living Foundation, and Isha Foundation among others.
Meditation has greatly impacted my life in a positive way.
