I have been practicing meditation for more than 14 years and love practicing slow, mindful yoga to reduce stress and build resilience. My own daily practice has greatly impacted my life in a positive way, motivating me to share with people who want to add these valuable tools to help improve wellbeing. I designed VYM Flow combining Vibration, Yoga, and Meditation to achieve this goal.
During VYM Flow, you will be guided to mindfully move through yoga postures, and prepare for meditation. The class ends with a long savasana, using therapeutic Himalayan singing bowls to induce deeper relaxation. The class is designed to build resilience and help deepen awareness as you develop strength, balance, and flexibility of body and mind.
